
Bathware Business Growth Manager

Business Development Executive:
The key objective of this role is to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the bathware industry across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to develop and implement effective sales plans.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets for bathware products in Gujarat.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to explore.
- Ensure timely accomplishment of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Channel Management & Partnership:
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners to drive business growth.
- Strategize and execute effective partnership models to ensure ROI from each partner.
- Monitor channel performance and take corrective actions as needed to optimize results.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Sales Officers, and front-line sales staff to ensure high productivity.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance team performance.
- Drive field discipline and structured reporting to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Market Intelligence & Brand Promotion:
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute ATL/BTL activities and promote brand visibility.
- Ensure strong in-market presence and brand recall across retail touchpoints.
- Operations & Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection of dues to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years of sales experience in sanitaryware, bath fittings, tiles, or building material industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the Gujarat market with prior experience in Ahmedabad preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, Strategic thinking and result orientation, Dealer/distributor network handling, Knowledge of bathware/sanitaryware product lines.
