Job Summary:

About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect to design and implement scalable contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for integrating Amazon Connect with various AWS services and external systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Architecture & Design: Develop architecture and design scalable contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
  • Integration: Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis) and external systems (CRM, ticketing, analytics).
  • Best Practices: Provide best practices for architecture, security, and cost optimization.
Development & Customization
  • Call Flows: Build and enhance call flows, IVR, and omnichannel solutions (voice, chat, messaging).
  • AWS Lambda Functions: Develop AWS Lambda functions, APIs, and automation scripts to support integrations.
  • Customization: Customize dashboards and reporting for actionable customer insights.
Implementation & Client Engagement
  • Delivery: Lead delivery of Amazon Connect implementations for clients ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
  • Legacy Migration: Support legacy contact center migration to Amazon Connect.
Optimization & Support
  • System Performance: Monitor and optimize system performance and call flows for improved customer experience.
  • Support: Provide Level 3 support and handle complex troubleshooting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance, governance, and security standards are met.
