Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise in incident management and service desk operations to resolve user issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide expert support for IT systems and tools, ensuring users have the necessary resources for successful workflow execution.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery and optimize IT processes, analyzing incident trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures and best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards in the cards and payments domain.
  • Train and guide users on IT systems and tools, fostering excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Hold strong expertise in incident management, service desk operations, and IT systems maintenance.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Service Now platform for managing IT services, possessing solid experience with Windows systems and networking infrastructure.
  • Exhibit capability in remote desktop support, troubleshooting, and analytics, showing understanding of the cards and payments domain and its IT requirements.
