Job Title: Human Resources Strategist

The key objective of this role is to develop and execute impactful human resources initiatives that foster a culture of excellence, drive employee engagement, and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance management systems that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage rewards and recognition programs that enhance employee motivation and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation.
  • Analyze HR data to inform process improvements, retention strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Mentor and lead the HR team, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of human resources experience, with a strong emphasis on performance management and rewards.
  • Extensive knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (JobDiva preferred).
  • Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
