Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to execute performance management processes, develop job descriptions, and coordinate reward and recognition programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and compensation design.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Create and implement HR programs that connect employees with business objectives
  2. Consult with management to identify business processes and develop methods for data analysis and management reporting
  3. Identify and evaluate business initiatives to determine appropriate programs that meet company goals
  4. Develop competency models and create effective strategic planning methods
  5. Implement organisational effectiveness interventions and oversee manpower availability
  6. Plan and manage optimal manpower plans and finalise talent acquisition budgets
  7. Ensure an appropriate organisation structure and review roles on an ongoing basis
  8. Oversee training and development needs and support the Training Head in identifying training needs
  9. Design a compensation structure and ensure efficient delivery of pay
  10. Ensure efficient design and delivery of all HR policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA/MSW – HR from a reputed institute with 10 years of related experience in Retail Sector, Service sector & Manufacture sector
  • Structured governance and business case development
  • Developing advanced workforce planning capabilities
