Job Title: Master Data Expert

We're looking for a highly skilled professional to oversee the entire lifecycle of master data, ensuring it's accurate, consistent, and compliant with global governance standards.

  • Owning and managing the Master Data Governance platform, including stability, enhancements, and alignment with global policies.
  • Defining and maintaining governance workflows for Customers, Vendors, and Materials in collaboration with domain experts.
  • Ensuring seamless integration between Master Data workflows and SAP PCE.
  • Translating governance rules into Master Data technical processes in coordination with Business Governance and IT domain experts.
  • Implementing governance controls, including documentation validation, Dow Jones screening, and product stewardship compliance.
  • Acting as the escalation point for Master Data issues, errors, or integration failures.

About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires a strong background in Master Data Governance (SAP MDG, OASIS, or equivalent) with 5–7 years of experience.

  • In-depth functional & technical expertise in SAP Customer, Vendor, and Material Master Data.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow design and integration with SAP.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, KYC, Dow Jones screening, audit traceability).
  • Experience in data harmonization, cleanup, and migration projects.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills.

You'll be working on:

Developing and implementing effective Master Data Governance strategies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and identify opportunities for automation and reporting improvements.

Delivering high-quality training and user support to stakeholders on Master Data workflows.

Ensuring audit readiness for all Master Data processes.
