Lead-Global Financial Controller Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead-Global Financial Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the month end activities, reviewing journal entries, preparing balance sheet and profit & loss flux analysis, and handling queries from audit and tax teams.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance controllership, consolidation, inter-company accounting, and reconciliation. Additionally, they should have experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP, as well as excellent excel skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • CA certification with 6-10+ years of work experience in finance controllership/consolidations
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and their application
  • Experience in handling reconciliations, month end close, and transformation projects
  • Team handling experience is required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
