Senior Financial Operations Specialist

The role of Financial Operations Manager involves overseeing the financial management aspects of our organization.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit closure.
- MIS & Business Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Enhance internal financial controls and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Taxation & Treasury Management: Oversee tax compliance, including direct and indirect taxes, and support treasury functions, including cash flow management and banking operations.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and lead the finance team while fostering relationships with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Financial Planning & Control: Develop and implement effective financial plans to achieve business objectives.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the organization's financial stability.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve internal financial processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
