Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, advertisements, and other third-party sources
• Manage onboarding and exit formalities for employees
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and programs
• Support the implementation of HR policies and guidelines
• Maintain databases of full-time employees, freelancers, management institutes, and potential vendors
• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including office planning, festivals, social media management, documentation, stationery, and housekeeping

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and internet usage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Capacity to identify and source talent pools required by the company at both junior and senior levels
• Efficiency in managing routine admin and operational work
• Knowledge of marketing or sales will be beneficial
