About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Finance team.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and SAP. Inter CA or ICWA qualification with 2+ years of post-qualification experience is preferred.

You will be responsible for supporting performance delivery, strengthening the finance operations and reporting process, and driving productivity improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Delivery: Support AOP delivery, strengthen finance O&R process, and drive pre and post-measurement mindset for trade spend investments.
  • Productivity: Collect past c-forms, ensure process improvement, and reduce timelines of recording the same.
  • Net Revenue Management: Drive BTL claim process, adopt new BTL Process, and develop pre and post-measurement culture on BTL and TTL spends.
  • Business Partnering: Develop financial analysis to drive business insights, communicate effectively with key stakeholders, and influence decision-making.
  • BAU Operations: Credit management, collection management, debtor estimates/forecast review, and timely month-end closing.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance to credit policy, BTL policy, TTL policy, SOA, and all commercial CARM controls.
