About the Project Coordination Role
As a seasoned project coordinator, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and efficient coordination between stakeholders. Your primary goal is to foster strong relationships and provide critical information throughout the project.
Main Responsibilities
- Initial Phase: Engage with clients to gather project details, assist planning engineers, and organize kick-off meetings. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Middle Phase: Continuously track project progress, address delays, and maintain real-time communication with clients and team members.
- Final Phase: Conduct quality tracking, prepare for settlement, and sustain client relationships.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical manufacturing, mold design, marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in electronics, automotive, communications, or consumer goods industries.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with international clients.
- Prior experience working on projects in India and familiarity with the Indian market and culture.
