Job Overview

As a pivotal role in our organization, you will play a key part in defining product strategy by analyzing existing data and competitor insights.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the user journey and create detailed flows to address core user needs, features, and product architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience across the platform.
  • Be responsible for integrating third-party systems, data integration, and service providers to deliver a world-class product experience.
  • Lead visualization, documentation, and communication of analysis, user journeys, digital flows, and solutions.

Key Requirements:
  • Fluency in collaboration and analysis tools (Sheets, Docs, Jira, Confluence etc)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Fintech background is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
