About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Analyst – Supply Chain to join our Product team. The role will focus on ensuring accuracy and reliability of data across our supply chain systems, especially between our in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS), SAP S/4HANA ERP, and other integrated platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing, validating, and reconciling sales and inventory data, ensuring business teams have a single source of truth.

This role offers exposure to a wide variety of supply chain initiatives — from system integrations and data consistency to forward-looking projects like inventory expiry risk reduction and supply planning optimization. As part of the Product team, you will have a structured growth path towards becoming an Associate Product Manager (APM).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate data flowing between WMS, SAP S/4HANA, and other systems to ensure sales and inventory accuracy.
• Write and execute SQL/Python scripts to analyze system data, identify mismatches, and provide insights for corrections.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to resolve integration issues and drive automation in reconciliation.
• Generate dashboards and reports to track inventory positions, stock movements, and sales reconciliations.
• Reducing inventory expiry risk.
• Enhancing supply planning accuracy.
• Streamlining system interfaces and workflows.
• Document system behavior, data flows, and recurring issues for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Support the product team in ad hoc analyses and special projects related to supply chain systems.

Desired Skills And Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, product, or supply chain roles.
• Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP (SAP preferred) or WMS systems is a plus.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, reconcile mismatches, and communicate actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute; MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
