Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Analyst to support website enhancements, IT operations, and data-driven product improvements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, prioritizing, and executing website updates, ensuring optimal performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Website Enhancements & Updates

  • Assist in planning and executing website feature updates and improvements.
  • Ensure content alignment with brand, marketing, and business strategies.

Backlog & User Stories

  • Create, prioritize, and maintain user stories for website features and IT operations.
  • Support sprint planning, delivery cycles, and backlog grooming in collaboration with the Product Manager.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with development, design, marketing, and IT teams to deliver website and IT projects.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to maintain website uptime, security, and performance.

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Track, measure, and analyze website performance metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement).
  • Assist in A/B testing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations based on insights.

IT Operations Support

  • Monitor website IT infrastructure, including hosting, security updates, and server performance.
  • Provide support in resolving minor IT-related issues affecting website performance.

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Conduct functional testing to ensure features meet requirements and are free of bugs.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with bug triaging and resolution.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for product specifications, progress, and releases.
  • Prepare and share reports on project status, website performance, and key metrics with stakeholders.
