Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management:
    • Build lasting relationships with high net worth clients based on trust and understanding.
    • Engage proactively to comprehend evolving client needs and address concerns.
    • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, expand services, and generate referrals.
  • Financial Planning:
    • Conduct detailed financial assessments for clients, including cash flow analysis and investment planning.
    • Develop tailored financial plans addressing client goals, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances.
    • Regularly review and adjust financial plans as needed.
    • Optimize portfolios for tax efficiency and long-term growth.
    • Lead the project of developing a tech-enabled financial planning tool.
  • Business Development:
    • Utilize relationship-building skills to acquire new clients and grow assets under management.
    • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
    • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification from FPSB India or equivalent.
    • Additional certifications like CFA are beneficial.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of total experience in financial planning and wealth management in India.
    • At least 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory services.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Indian financial products and tax laws.
    • Proficiency in financial planning tools and software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with expertise in portfolio analysis, risk assessment, and market research.
