About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues. You will be empowered to accelerate business value through differentiated customer experiences that leverage Microsoft's products and services.

You will lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and, where appropriate, share your knowledge to develop specific technical and professional proficiency.

Responsibilities
  • You will own, investigate and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
  • You will develop strong experience in Active Directory Services, including ADS, Group Policies, FSMO Roles, DNS Zones, Replications etc.
  • You will identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately to resolve, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • OR 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English Language
  • Strong Experience in Active Directory Services
  • Good English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written (including technical writing)
  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer Service skills and effective learning skills
