Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

Overview of the Role:

The Senior Financial Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall financial operations of the organization. This includes managing accounting operations, handling taxation and compliance, preparing budgets and monitoring their performance, managing capex planning and control, ensuring timely collections and payments, managing payroll accounting and related compliance, preparing and submitting accurate MIS reports to support business decisions, managing fund flow and cash flow planning to ensure financial stability, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting operations including finalization and consolidation of accounts;
  • Handle direct and indirect taxation including TDS, GST, and Income Tax compliance;
  • Prepare and monitor budgets to ensure effective financial management;
  • Manage capex planning and control to optimize resource allocation;
  • Oversee debtor and creditor management to ensure timely collections and payments;
  • Manage payroll accounting and related compliance to minimize errors and penalties;
  • Ensure preparation and submission of accurate MIS reports to support business decisions;
  • Manage fund flow and cash flow planning to ensure financial stability;
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial controls to maintain regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations;
  • Experience in financial operations management;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
