Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented legal professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in litigation and corporate law, with a solid understanding of the complexities involved in each area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation for trials and hearings, including drafting notices, pleadings, and organizing evidence and exhibits.

They will also collaborate with external counsels on case strategy and pleadings, maintain cause-lists tracker and keep management updated on the status of cases.

Additionally, they will maintain and organize legal files and documentation, attend hearings, take adjournments/certified copies, handle authorities visiting the company's premises, and visit police stations as required.

Furthermore, they will coordinate end-to-end process for registration of agreements in sub-registrar offices, peruse notices received from customers, police, government departments, vendors, etc., and draft responses by coordinating with relevant departments.

Lastly, they will actively coordinate with other functional areas for day-to-day legal matters such as issuance of notices, recovery of payments, disciplinary actions, etc.
