Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Legal Manager to join our team. This role provides strategic legal guidance to senior stakeholders on optimizing debt management processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation processes, civil procedure, and relevant laws and regulations in India.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise senior stakeholders on legal strategies for optimizing debt management processes.
  • Oversee and resolve debt-related disputes and litigation.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support litigation and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Work with internal teams to create practical solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and regulatory bodies.
