As the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you'll partner with senior leaders to shape the company's financial strategy and inform data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leaders for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports to support business planning and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and optimize resource allocation.
  • Implement and enhance financial planning tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Evaluate compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in finance or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices in FP&A.
