Senior Transition Specialist - Property and Casualty Domain Expertise
Job Description:A seasoned project manager with 16+ years of experience is required to lead end-to-end transitions in the Property & Casualty domain. The successful candidate will manage mid/large-scale migration projects, leveraging expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
This role requires a proven track record of success in managing complex projects, utilizing MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel to drive project delivery and migration.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Analyze data, create process flow maps, and document experiences to drive business improvement.
- PMP certification (preferred) to validate project management expertise.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to navigate cross-functional teams and global delivery centers.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ability to capture learning and best practices, ensuring reinforcement in subsequent projects.
- Capacity to deliver trainings to internal managers on the organization's transition methodology and approach.
