Business Operations Specialist Role Overview

As a strategic and results-driven Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our HR practices in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and frameworks aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Drive governance processes to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, promoting fairness and transparency across the organization.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, reviews, and appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.
  • Foster a culture of employee engagement, motivation, and continuous learning.
  • Lead audits and reporting, ensuring timely closure of HR-related processes.
  • Manage and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient and effective HR services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–4 years in a managerial role within a mid-sized organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and grievance handling.
  • Proven experience in performance management, policy governance, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and Office tools.
