Insurance Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex projects. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of insurance solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Insurance systems.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control.
  • Stakeholder management and communication.
  • Risk management and issue resolution.
  • Team leadership and collaboration.
  • Compliance and regulatory adherence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance.
  • 5+ years managing Insurance implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of Insurance solutions.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
