Employee Relations Specialist

We're seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in maintaining a fair and transparent work environment.

  • Responsibilities include receiving, logging, and managing all formal grievances and complaints.

  • High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
