Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industry Sales and Service Leader to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and service management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of engines.
  • Offering high-level technical support to customers on location, phone, or online.
  • Coordinating with distributors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Servicing dealers and FIE Shops to meet their needs.
  • Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and implementing necessary corrective action.
  • Maintaining market intelligence by mapping competitions and collecting customer feedback.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as field applications, customer support-services, and R&D.
  • Updating service documentation as required and submitting it.
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, service, and parts management.
