Job Title:

Oracle EPM Functional Consultant Position

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM functional consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, providing functional expertise across Oracle Financials, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, PBCS etc.)
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as end user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools (PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC)
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS)
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher

Preferred Skills:

  • Chartered accountant or MBA finance or background in finance
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials)
  • Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain

Work Arrangements:

  • Flexibility to align with US business hours
  • Availability during key milestone meetings

  • Candidates with dual employment history are not preferred
  • Immediate joiners or max 30 days' notice period only
  • This is a full-time contract role (not part-time or hourly)
