Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Specialist with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance to support our ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects across levels 2 and 3 within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical incidents.
  • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support guides.
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and follow change control processes.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
  • Work with ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  • Provide support during peak periods such as finance close and cyber six.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore resources for seamless issue management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process and performance enhancements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance.
  • Deep expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Finance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
