Job Title: Officer Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced workforce manager to join our team.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing strong relationships across the wider resource management community;
  2. Supporting business leads to achieve realisation of utilisation and effective skills/grade mix on projects;
  3. Be comfortable with staffing analytics, maintain resource management data integrity in systems that support resource and project management decisions;
  4. Demonstrating strong commercial awareness monitor and drive compliance to financial management system, identify and propose solutions to resolve longer term patterns relating to forecast and actual utilisation, monitoring and investigating discrepancies between the data and providing insight;
  5. Work with business leads to ensure efficient allocation of resources to client projects at a sub-regional level, business development opportunities and internal initiatives; drawing on robust negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and escalating issues when necessary;
  6. Develop strong relationships across the wider resource management community (UK and International); Maintain resource management data integrity within systems;
  7. Support on reporting of metrics and analytics to business leads using a variety of systems and dashboards;
  8. Demonstrate strong commercial awareness to monitor and drive compliance;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
