Senior Technical Solutions Manager

Job Overview:
- Lead complex technical projects from initiation to completion, encompassing feasibility studies, layout planning, material management, vendor timelines, and yard coordination.
- Evaluate design drawings, electrical interface scopes, and vessel submissions. Collaborate with engineering vendors and classification societies for approval.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, including ROI analysis, bonus/penalty models, and energy efficiency metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, charterers, yards, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and manage project RACI charts, technical specifications, work orders, and commissioning plans while maintaining project-related accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversight of retrofit projects from inception to completion.
- Tech Lead: Review of design drawings and electrical interface scopes.
- Proposal Development: Creation of detailed technical proposals.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaison with various stakeholders, including owners, charterers, and internal teams.
- Accountability: Maintenance of project-related accounts and RACI charts.

- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities.
