Senior Technical Leader

Drive complex engineering initiatives, set technical direction and mentor teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement highly reliable secure IAM platform service that supports industry standard protocols
  2. Build and optimize RESTful APIs to manage user roles permissions and access policies ensuring adherence to standards such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
  3. Integrate SDKs and APIs from 3rd Party Identity management solutions to enable authentication flows including token-based authentication (JWT) and federated identity management
  4. Write highly performant concurrent code to handle millions of authentication and authorization requests daily with minimal latency
  5. Apply API-first design principles and software patterns to build modular reusable and well-documented services
  6. Ensure best practices in Software engineering CICD pipelines testing and monitoring to maintain high-quality releases
  7. Collaborate closely with product management architecture and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of features

Required Skills:
  1. Expertise in programming languages (Go Java .Net)
  2. Leveraged Auth0 for authentication and identity federation integrating with third-party providers (e.g. SAML OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect) to support seamless single sign-on (SSO) experiences
  3. Built and maintained RESTful API interfaces to provide fine-grained access control and role-based permissions for platform consumers
  4. Familiarity with event-based patterns and AWS serverless technology (Lambda DynamoDB S3 and CloudWatch)
  5. Designed and executed end-to-end test cases including unit integration and load testing ensuring reliability and scalability of the IAM service
  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering scalable maintainable and high-performing solutions
