  1. Manage the IR practice with profit and loss responsibility.
  2. Identify growth opportunities through new products or market entry.
  3. Provide leadership support to the delivery team to achieve quality and operational excellence.
  4. Assist in winning new clients and establish best practices in employee engagement and training.
  5. Support marketing initiatives and represent the company on media platforms.
  6. Foster strong client relationships and lead team-building efforts.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. 15+ years of experience with at least 7+ years in managing teams in investment research.
  2. Experience in the KPO industry handling private equity, investment banking, asset management, and brokerage clients.
  3. Relevant background in research within the BFSI industry is also considered.
  4. Strong knowledge of finance, macro and business drivers, valuation methodologies, and investor pitch documents.
  5. Able to provide strategic insights and financial analysis to buy-side and sell-side clients.
  6. Manage equity research processes including coverage of global stocks, financial modeling, and valuation assessments.
  7. Lead investment due diligence for private equity, M&A advisory, and corporate finance clients.
  8. Essential to have exposure to business development activities including identifying solutions, preparing pitch decks, and participating in business development meetings.
  9. Ideal experience across multiple research domains including equity and credit markets, investment banking, business strategies, and market assessment.
