Content Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Manager to oversee the creation and publication of high-quality content across our platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all restaurant listings are accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with our brand standards.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with our design, tech, and sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation and publication of new restaurant listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency in menus, offers, timings, and details.
  • Audit and update restaurant profiles regularly to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Upload, maintain, and organize restaurant data efficiently across internal systems.
  • Evaluate all content for accuracy, tone, and brand standards.
  • Monitor competitor platforms for new restaurant launches and updates.
  • Support sales team by creating priority onboarding lists based on competitor tracking and market trends.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, tech, and sales teams for smooth onboarding and timely updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
  • A proactive approach with interest in the food and hospitality industry.
