Land Acquisition Professional Wanted

  • We are seeking a seasoned Land Acquisition specialist to spearhead our renewable energy project land acquisition initiatives across India.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end land acquisition process, including scouting, negotiation, documentation, registration, and handover. Key aspects of this role include conducting title due diligence and ensuring legal sanctity of land through coordination with internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage field-based activities such as scouting, negotiation, and handover.
  2. Collaborate with local stakeholders, including landowners, agents, revenue officials, and government departments.
  3. Ensure compliance with state-specific renewable energy policies and zoning regulations.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and ensure conflict-free acquisitions.
  5. Supervise a team of land officers, surveyors, and external consultants to achieve project goals.
  6. Regularly update management on project progress, risk factors, and mitigation plans.
