Job Title: Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and providing administrative support to the marketing team.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating events, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and event planning.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and marketing metrics.
  3. Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
  4. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and preparing presentations.
  5. Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
