Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. As the Assistant Marcom Manager, you will be responsible for driving the hotel's digital marketing strategy and initiatives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
  • Leverage social media platforms to engage with customers and promote hotel services.
  • Manage and optimize the hotel's website and online presence to ensure maximum visibility and user experience.
  • Analyze website analytics and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with other business units.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management software and website analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
