Software Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned software development leader to spearhead our engineering efforts.

Job Description:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategic roadmaps.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical expertise in Java8 or above, Angular 2+, Git, Docker, and SQL server.
  • Experience with building microservices using Spring Boot and cloud providers like Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Agile development experience in fast-paced environments with strong CI/CD practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with a penchant for solving complex programming problems.
