Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Japanese Bilingual

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer who is fluent in both Japanese and English languages to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented software engineer to lead the development of core insurance processes using Java, Spring Boot, and NodeJS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement RESTful and SOAP APIs for integration with frontend, third-party, and COTS platforms.
  • Collaborate with frontend, data, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end digital solutions.
  • Develop backend components and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and NodeJS.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • JLPT N3 or N2 certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of designing and implementing APIs and integrations in insurance or financial systems.
