Job Title

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Utilize expertise in implementing and configuring the Workday system to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and conduct testing.
  • Design and configure Workday solutions, perform self-reviews and smoke testing of delivered work, and provide production support.
  • Assist clients with migration activities and production rollout of the Workday solution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent technical and functional skills across various areas for developing and delivering complex solutions.
  • Thorough knowledge of Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll configuration build.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and features.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
  • B.E./B.Tech./MCA/BSc degree required.
