As a Coupa Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bringing procurement and invoicing processes to life.

About the Role:
  • We seek an expert with profound knowledge of Coupa modules and hands-on implementation/rollout experience.
  • A strong background in configuring various Coupa modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Invoice, Expenses, etc.) and integration setup is essential.
  • You should have extensive hands-on configuration and support experience of Coupa.
  • Proficiency in handling Coupa enhancements, changes, and issue resolution within the system is required.
  • Create sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  • Assist with Coupa Release management for new product releases and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with partners from diverse geographies to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements into feasible solutions.
  • Develop functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch, and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems.
  • Experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes is necessary.
  • Should have sound business acumen in the procurement area and provide standard or customized solutions to meet business needs.
  • Experience in solution architecting and designing of Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd Party applications.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology, including creating stories, working in a Kanban environment, participating in scrums, and other Agile ceremonies.
