About this role:

  • Assess timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific checklists.
  • Verify receipts and ensure final amount tallies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific checklists.
  • Communicate with contractors or sales teams for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts.
  • Manage payroll-related queries by analyzing data and preparing in-depth overviews of issues.
  • Process emails received in shared inboxes in line with deadlines and urgency levels.
  • Save expense sheets and receipts according to payroll team filing conventions and seek client/managers' approvals without impacting turnaround time.
  • Work within payroll schedules to prevent delays in payments.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by managers.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency in timesheet and expense review processes.
