Job Title: Bookkeeper and Reporting Specialist

  • A key role in our organization involves managing reporting, documentation, and internal coordination across multiple verticals.
  • This position is primarily focused on creating and maintaining reports for an investment-focused company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create recurring reports that are accurate, timely, and informative.
  2. Track and report on various financial metrics such as real estate investments, financial portfolio, and business expenses.
  3. Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and performance documents to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  4. Organize and structure operational data into a digestible format for stakeholders.
  5. Support leadership with time-sensitive reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, MIS, or coordination roles.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  3. Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, and multi-sheet management.
  4. Experience working directly with leadership or in small teams is preferred.
  5. Ability to handle complex data across multiple domains.
  6. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  7. Self-motivated and reliable individual who can meet deadlines without supervision.
