Job Title: Project Associate

This role contributes to the organization by supporting key business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage the sharing of best practices playbooks to drive consistency across teams.
  • Business Development: Support Sr. Director with project management checklists for business meetings.
  • Content Creation: Publish articles for stakeholders, partner with team leads to manage content calendars and strategically rotate banners and announcements.
  • Analytics Support: Support data analysts with project management and timelines.
  • Recognition Programs: Coordinate and manage recognition programs.
  • Timeline Management: Manage timelines and setback schedules for company programs.
  • Project Management Tool: Support the management and allocation of projects via project management tools.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control and peer reviews adhering to company guidelines and branding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years business experience working in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to manage high-pressure situations
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments on time
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Expert skill level in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with confidential material in a discreet and professional way
