We're seeking a skilled Project Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project processes within a specific geography or market.

You'll work closely with various teams to ensure accurate project setup, financial management, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining project details in relevant systems, conducting quality assurance checks, assisting the Project Manager in creating and updating budgets, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

You'll also collaborate with the Project Manager to address discrepancies and obtain necessary approvals for changes, support project-related tasks, contribute to management reporting, and oversee the closure of completed projects.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, 1-3 years of relevant experience in project or financial management, proficiency in English, strong teamwork skills, and basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
