Legal Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Legal Professional to oversee all legal matters for our organization. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and Reviewing Documents: Develop and evaluate contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications while maintaining high levels of detail and precision.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Matters: Handle compliance-related work across corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Representation and Advocacy: Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and government offices when required, utilizing excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Application and Filing Management: Prepare and file applications, petitions, and responses with accuracy and timeliness, maintaining organized records and case files.
  • Coordination and Advice: Coordinate with senior advocates, external counsel, and consultants to ensure smooth handling of ongoing matters, providing strategic legal advice to management on various transactions and disputes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory).
  • Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
  • 3+ years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred).
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, property laws, and commercial law.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with senior lawyers.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines independently.

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
