Legal Expertise for Growth
This position requires a seasoned professional with 18+ years of experience in the legal field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, as well as strong contract negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
The role involves overseeing all legal operations, including compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting, vetting, and negotiating high-value contracts, agreements with vendors, contractors, EPC partners, distributors, etc.
You will provide legal counsel to management on matters related to the property and building materials industries. Your responsibilities will also include managing and resolving disputes, liaising with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as needed.
A successful candidate will possess a degree in law from a recognized institution and fluency in Tamil (verbal and written). Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi would be an asset. You should also be open to travel as required.
We are looking for someone who can lead and mentor the legal team across corporate and manufacturing units. If you have excellent leadership and team management capabilities, this could be the right opportunity for you.
