Lead AI Architect

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI systems that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in software engineering, machine learning, and data science, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality AI solutions that meet business needs.

The successful candidate will have experience with leading-edge technologies such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, as well as expertise in software development, data analysis, and system architecture.

  • Design & Develop AI Systems: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI systems that integrate data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Engineer Scalable Infrastructure: Design APIs, microservices, and data systems (structured + unstructured) that seamlessly integrate into live products.
  • Experiment & Ship: Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Full-Stack Thinking: Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.
  • Collaborate Across Ventures: Work alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong Programming Background: Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar languages, along with deep comfort with software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with ML/AI Frameworks: Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
  • Data Engineering & Databases: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage.
  • MLOps & Deployment: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Retrieval Systems & Embeddings: Hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • Builder's Mindset: Comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
  • Multi-Modal Systems: Experience with text, voice, vision, and other multi-modal systems.
  • Generative Agents & Conversational AI: Interest in generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.
  • Startups & Venture Studios: Previous work experience in startups or venture studios.
