Our organization seeks a Senior AI Solutions Architect to design and implement industrial-grade AI systems. This role will focus on transforming various formats into auditable, evidence-linked decisions.

About the Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end systems that prevent accidents, ensure compliance, and save lives at Fortune-500 scale. They will work closely with our team to architect systems meeting the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design multimodal RAG over diverse data sources.
  • Implement hybrid retrieval with reranking; target ≥90% top-k answerability and traceable citations.
  • Build domain embeddings for technical terminology; craft routing/prompting for audit-ready outputs.
  • Ingest/normalize heterogeneous data sources.
  • Ship large-scale document ingestion with schema validation, redaction, and temporal versioning.
  • Integrate external APIs for finance modules.
  • Orchestrate ensemble decisioning with SLA < 10s; cost-optimized LLM flows.
  • Operate on cloud infrastructure; CI/CD with test & eval gates.
  • Build explanation layers and human-in-the-loop feedback.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years building production AI/ML or search systems; 3+ enterprise deployments end-to-end.
  • Expert Python 3.11+, SQL; strong systems thinking and data modeling.
  • RAG at scale: vector DBs, BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, evals.
  • MLOps/SRE: versioning, canaries/A-B, drift detection, observability, cost/perf trade-offs.
  • Clear communication; ability to turn messy data into reliable software.
