AML RightSource is a dynamic and fast-paced company seeking a highly organized and administrative skilled individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Coordinator in our APAC office.

Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring seamless interview processes, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, encompassing job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling and coordination.
  • To maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • To disposition and update candidates' status on our ATS post-interview, selection, and offer stages, maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements.
  • To manage post-selection and pre-onboarding documentation, engaging with candidates as per 30-60-90 days' notice timelines, and preparing details of new hires for HR Operations to execute background checks and other joining formalities.
  • To schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews for recruiters and hiring managers, proactively following up with interviewers regarding feedback on candidates.
  • To organize candidates' data (e.g., resumes, assignments, and contact details) in internal databases and ATS, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
  • To work collaboratively with universities/colleges and technical programs, as well as other resources, to share career opportunities and promote AML RightSource's brand.
  • To perform ad-hoc recruitment-related duties, including sourcing, pipelining, candidate screening, as required and capacity allows.

Required Qualifications

  • A successful candidate will demonstrate a history of outstanding extracurricular and academic interests, along with relevant experience and skills, including:
  • 0-6 months of work experience, preferably in a recruitment coordination role or an internship in HR, which is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated teamwork experience through academic, professional, and/or extracurricular activities.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • A graduate degree or PG in Human Resources is preferred.
  • An understanding of ATS Workday would be beneficial.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between ₹600,000 to ₹900,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
