**Job Opportunity:** As a Network Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability and security of network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and vendors to resolve link-related issues and ensure high-performance Wide Area Network (WAN) links connect remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions.
  • Detect and respond to incidents proactively, following clear escalation procedures and communication channels.
  • Deliver regular reports on network performance, including bandwidth utilization, latency, uptime, and availability metrics, providing actionable insights for network optimization.
SD-WAN Expertise:
  • Manage private links to ensure high-performance WAN links that connect remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions.
  • Enable dynamic routing and bandwidth optimization across regions using SD-WAN solutions.
  • Minimize jitter, latency, and packet loss to ensure an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools.
Branch Network WAN:
  • Manage WAN links connecting all branches to ensure redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets across the country.
  • Ensure stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations, with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Perform L2 network troubleshooting, capacity trend/problem identification, patching, and configuration management.
LAN/Wi-Fi Management:
  • Manage full lifecycle of LAN, including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Wi-Fi networks to ensure coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations.
  • Provide secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls.
Audit Participation and Documentation:
  • Participate in all audits requested by customers, filling in required forms and collecting relevant data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials.
  • Complete all audit questionnaires and related documents as required by customers, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with the scope of the service provided.
