Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is 20 lacs p.a, depending on experience.
Job Description:
As Manager/Sr. Manager Growth & Innovation, you will sit within Samhita's apex team responsible for developing and scaling new initiatives, orchestrating programs/initiatives within the organization.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential for creating pitch decks, tracking existing programs, and developing a broader strategy for the organization.
This role is critical for Samhita's REVIVE Alliance, aiming to impact 10 million lives in the next 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy vertical, working closely with the CEO and senior management
- Support building strategic partnerships with corporate and institutional donors through pitchbooks, concept notes, presentations, and client engagement
- Design newer solutions across livelihood, gender equality, financial inclusion, digital transformation, and related social impact themes
- Customize solutions per client needs
- Contribute to internal firm strategy, innovation, and growth planning
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Big 4 consulting/strategy roles
- MBA, MPA/MPP from reputable universities/institutes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS Office and written Business English skills
- Interpersonal, client management, and presentation skills
- High interest in working in the Social Impact Space and flexibility to meet deadlines
